Zutaten

  • 1,2 kg gnocchi
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes cut in halves or quarters, depending on the size
  • 250 g mozzeralla cut in thin slices
  • salt pepper, dried basil

Anleitungen

  • first preheat your oven to 180° air circulation or 200° bottom/lower heat and set aside a casserole dish.
  • Cook the gnocchi according to the instruction on the package.
  • Meanwhile cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella and set aside.
  • when the gnocchi are cooked, pour away the water and place them in the casserole dish.
  • Put the tomatoes on top of the gnocchi and add salt, pepper and basil to taste
  • Now spread the mozzarella slices on top and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is properly meltet.
