  • 4 tbsp or teabags of black tea - here darjeeling
  • 700 ml water
  • 100 ml blackcurrant juice
  • 100 ml red wine - or more juice if you want it alcohol free
  • 50 g rock sugar or a sweetener of your liking
  • 1 1/2 cinnamon sticks


  1. first cook the tea with the water and let brew according to package information
  2. in the meantime fill the other ingredients in a small pot and warm it up slowly so the rock sugar melts. Don´t bring to boil!
  3. Now pour the wine-juice mixture to the tea, stir and fill into 4 glasses and enjoy.
