extremely good breakfast casserole

Zutaten

  • toast or wholegrain toast as much as you like
  • 1 egg for each slice of bread
  • grated cheese
  • 1/2 slice of bacon per slice of bread cut in pieces
  • butter
  • salt pepper

Anleitungen

  • preheat oven to 200°degrees celsius
  • In this recipe I calculated one slice per person
  • take a baking pan or, if you want to make a bigger batch, a baking sheet and spread a thin layer of butter on the bottom
  • place the slices of bread besides each other and cut them into form if needed
  • sprinkle some of the grated cheese on top
  • pop open one egg on every slice and season with salt and pepper to taste
  • sprinkle more cheese on top and finish with adding the bacon pieces
  • bake for around 10-15 until the egg has the desired rigor
