Arugula salad with tomatoes, pine nuts and parmesan

- 125 g arugula
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 20 g pine nuts
- 20 g parmesan planed
- dressing
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- a dash of fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch of sugar
- herbs to your liking - i used parsley and chives
- salt and pepper to taste
roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat and be careful, they get too dark very quick and sudden
clean the arugula and the tomatoes and cut the tomatoes in halves.
mix together and add the dressing and the pine nuts and stir until everything is well mixed.
Serve with the planed parmesan
