chinese cabbage with mandarins

Zutaten

  • 1 chinese cabbage - around 1kg
  • 250 g low fat curd
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbps. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can mandarins with the fluid
  • 1 thin shallot finely diced
  • salt pepper, eventually some sugar

Anleitungen

  • cut the stem from the cabbage and pick the leaves off. Wash them and dry carefully. Then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix together the curd, sour cream, mayonnaise, shallots and the mandarins with the fluid of the mandarins. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste. It´s supposed to have a nice sweetness, but not too much.
  • pour the sauce over the cabbage ans stir together.
  • Fits perfectly with grilled, spicy meat. BBQ :-)
