raspberry-sherbet with elderflower syrup

Zutaten

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 200 ml milk skimmed
  • 50 ml elderflower syrup
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp. vodka

Anleitungen

  • blend all the ingredients except for the vodka together and strain mixture through a sieve to get rid of the kernels.
  • add the vodka, stir in and freeze in an ice machine for around 60 minutes. If you don´t have an ice machine, put it in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Stir regularly to keep it more creamy.
