preheat your oven to 160° celsius (convection) or 180° bottom-lower heat
first mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl using a tablespoon.
Now add the egg and stir thouroughly.
Then add the applebutter and also stir in until you have a slightly wet and sticky mass.
My "dough" was 369g. I took 50g portions and put them on a backingpan covered with baking sheet.
The dought will make 7 cookies each 50g dough and one around half the size.
Adding the portions on the baking pan and then forming and flatten them is quicker and easier than forming one by one.
Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until they get golden brown. If you like them more crispy, leave them 2-3 minutes longer inside the oven
