first lay out your form with the ham, it´s okay, if it comes up on the sides a bit
preheat your oven to 180°degrees celsius
Make a cream using the feta, the cream cheese without the herbs and a sip of milk. Use enough milk to make the cream spreadable, but don´t get it to fluid!
spread on the ham, leaving out one tablespoon for the egg sauce
Take the onions and the garlic and brown a bit in a pan, add the spinach, stir and season with salt and pepper to taste, set aside
now mix the eggs with the leftover fetacream, the cream cheese with herbs, the nutmeg, the milk, salt, pepper and the fried onions
distribute the spinach on the feta cream, add the cauliflower (if the pieces are very big, cut them smaller) und pour the egg sauce over it evenly.
Top with the breadcrumbs and put in the oven for 45-60 minutes until the egg sauce is firm
