a bunch of arugula or around two hands full
oliveoil

Anleitungen
cook the ebly until firm to the bite
meanwhile cut the tomatoes and pluck the mozzarella and the arugula in pieces. Then fill all of it together with the olives in a bowl
Toss the water of the ebly, douse it with cold water to cool it down a bit and mix with the other ingredients.
add, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
