Zutaten

  • toast or wholegrain toast as much as you like
  • 1 egg for each slice of bread
  • grated cheese
  • 1/2 slice of bacon per slice of bread cut in pieces
  • butter
  • salt pepper

Zubereitung

  1. preheat oven to 200°degrees celsius
  2. In this recipe I calculated one slice per person
  3. take a baking pan or, if you want to make a bigger batch, a baking sheet and spread a thin layer of butter on the bottom
  4. place the slices of bread besides each other and cut them into form if needed
  5. sprinkle some of the grated cheese on top
  6. pop open one egg on every slice and season with salt and pepper to taste
  7. sprinkle more cheese on top and finish with adding the bacon pieces
  8. bake for around 10-15 until the egg has the desired rigor
