Zutaten

  • 1 liter of water
  • 200 g blueberries - I used frozen ones
  • juice from one lemon
  • 1 teabag green tea with jasmine or 1 tsp.of lose tea- use a teastrainer in that case
  • sweetener to your liking

Zubereitung

  1. fill the water with the bueberries into a pot and bring it slowly to boil on low temperatur. It should take a bit, so the water absorbs the aroma of the blueberries better.
  2. when the water cooks, let it simmer for another 10 minutes
  3. now add the tea and let it brew for 2-3 minutes. Don´t let ist stay in too long, we don´t want the ice tea to become bitter
  4. remove the tea, mix the ice tea with an immersion blender and pour through a very fine sieve/cloth
  5. Now add the lemon juice and sweetener to your taste.
  6. Let cool and serve with ice cubes and lemon slices
  7. the nutrition info is for the whole amount and if you use no calorie sweetener
