Zutaten

  • 400 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package/ 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • zest from half a lemon
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 3 tbsp. of strawberry jam /or any other jam of your liking - of course you can add more

Anleitungen

  • preheat your oven to 160°celsius air circulation (or 180° celsius top/bottom heat)
  • take a round springform pan and grease it with butter and spread ground hazelnuts/almonds or breadcrumbs
  • now mix the first 6 ingredients, then add the baking powder and knead properly.
  • take a good 2/3rd of the dough and fill it into the pan. Spread evenly and make it a bit higher on the rim.
  • Spread the jam evenly and then roll out the leftover dough on a slightly floured surface.
  • Make whatever forms/patterns you like and add them on top of the jam.
  • Bake in the oven for around 50 minutes and let it cool in the oven for another 10 minutes, before you take it out.
