- 40 g cream cheese lot fat
- 20 g PB2
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 130 g chocolate - I suggest a good dark one
mix the first 3 ingredients until it becomes a smooth paste.
melt the chocolate either in the microwave or over hot water
now fill a bit of chocolate into your chosen form and then form a little ball out of the peanutbutterpaste, flatten it a bit if necessary and set on top of the chocolate.
Cover with more chocolate.
Go on like this until the ingredients are used.
Put into the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the chocolate can harden again
