  • 500 g spagetthi
  • 100 g chorizo diced
  • 400 g passata sieved tomatoes
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 small can kidneybeans
  • 1 tsp.sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. first put a pot with salted water on the stove for the spagetti and bring to boil.
  2. in the meantime heat up a pan and add chorizo, onion and garlic and cook for around 5 minutes.
  3. Put the spagetti in the boiling water and stir.
  4. now add the beans into the pan and then add the sieved tomatoes and the sugar and stir.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, pour away the water and add them into the pan. Stir add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
