Brokkoli-Käsesuppe mit Hackfleisch

  • 1 kg broccoli here frozen
  • 250 g potatoes cut in small cubes
  • 400 g lean ground meat here pork and beef
  • 1,2 liters vegetable broth
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tsp.oil
  • 200 g cheese spread low fat


  • first put the broccoli and the potatoes with the broth in a big pot, that fits at least 3 liters, bring to boil and let simmer on medium heat until the vegetables are cooked.
  • While the soup is cooking, heat up the oil in a pan and put in the onion. After a minute add the meat and let it cook. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • When the soup is cooked, mix everything with an immersion blender, add the cheese spread and stir.
  • Now just add the meat-onion mix and give it a last bit of salt and pepper if needed.
  • Serve with freshly grated parmesan, if you wish.
