Anleitungen
first heat up a big pot and cook the tartar until brown and crumbly, take out of the pot and set aside
now in the same pot fill in the cabbage, the onion, the bay leave and the caraway seeds and fry for some minutes.
You need to watch it, so the cabbage doesn´t burn and stir occasionally.
Now put on the lid, turn down the heat to medium/small-ish and cook for 20-30 minutes, until the cabbage is cooked. If needed add 200-300ml of vegetable or beef broth. This depends on how much water the cabbage lets out and how fluid you want the dish.
when the cabbage cooks you can also boil the potatoes in saltwater
when the cabbage is cooked but not too soft, add salt and pepper to taste and serve with the potatoes and sour cream.
(Potaoes and sour cream are not included in the nutrition info!)
