Zutaten

  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. instant pudding mix vanilla sugarfree
  • 5 g brown sugar
  • pulp of 1/4 of a vanilla bean alternatively vanila sugar or essence
  • 120 ml milk skimmed
  • use sweetener and almond milk to save more calories if you wish

Zubereitung

  1. first mix the oats with the pudding mix, the vanilla and the sugar until the pudding is mixed well with the oats. the oats should look dusty :-)
  2. add the milk and the blueberries and stir again until well mixed
  3. place everything in the microwave and cook for around 1,5 minutes. Stir and cook another minute.
  4. These numbers depend of course on your device.
  5. The pudding is done when the oats are soft and the liquid is creamy.
  6. top with more blueberries to serve if you like
