Zutaten

  • 1.5 kg pork shoulder or boston butt
  • 2 tbsp.olive oil
  • 2 tbsp.honey
  • 4 tbsp.balsamic vinegar
  • 2 small twigs rosemary
  • ca. 6 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Zubereitung

  1. I always cut off the big pieces of fat and wash the meat.
  2. Dry it lightly and salt properly, add pepper to taste.
  3. Half of the herbs go under the meat and half on top.
  4. Put the meat in the slowcooker now.
  5. Mix oil, honey and balsamic vinegar and pour over the meat
  6. cook on low for around 8 hours.
  7. The meat is cooked if you can easily pull it with two forks.
