for the dressing:

tbsp. rice vinnegar

tbsp. fishsauce

tbsp honey or agave syrup

tbsp. sesame oil

tbsp. sesame seeds
Anleitungen
cut the salad in thin slices, itß´s faster in a food processor
grate the carrots
finely cut the cilantro.
Mix together in a bowl, add dressing and peanuts and serve. If you want to bring it somewhere, add the peanuts later, so they stay crisp
