preheat your oven to 200°degrees celsius and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper
drain of the chickpeas and mix with the other ingredients (without the flour!) in a foodprocessor or with an immersion blender
add as much of the flour as you need to get a bit denser mass, be careful, don´t add too much, it will dry out the sticks. It will be a bit sticky, but it will be worth it afterwards. Plus it´s nice to lick the leftovers from your hands :-)
form little balls with your hands and roll them on a non sticking surface to little rolls
roll carefully in the sesame seeds and place them on the baking sheet
