Zutaten

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 kg ground beef lean
  • 2 pepper bells here red, diced
  • 180 g feta here low fat
  • 50-70 ml milk skimmed
  • 100 ml vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp. tomatoe paste
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. beef classic from just spice - alternatively pepper salt, chili, nutmeg to taste or just use your favourite meat spice
  • salt pepper to taste

Anleitungen

  • heat the oil in a pan and add onions, garlic and pepper bell and fry until glazed. Now add the beef and the spices, stir well and fry until cooked and crumbly.
  • In the meantime mix the feta with the milk and stir until smooth. The consistency should be like curd or sour cream, not too thin.
  • Now add the vegetable broth and the fetacream and stir well in. Let it come to boil and add the tomatoe paste. Stir in, cook for another minute and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
