  • For the nest
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa with out sugar
  • for the cheesecake
  • 100 g cream cheese lowfat
  • 125 g curd low fat
  • 25 g mascarpone or alternative cream
  • 1 small egg
  • 20 g sugar


  • for the nest beat up the eggwhite, when it is starting to get firm, gently trickle in the sugar. When the cream is white and firm, fold in the coconut and the cocoa. The cream might get more fluid, but that is no problem.
  • No devide the cream into 6 muffinforms. Since it will get a bit tricky to get it out later, you might want to use paper forms.
  • press with a spoon against the edges to it looks like a nest and bake in the ofen for around 10 minutes at 180°degrees celsius.
  • now you can prepare the filling. Just mix all the 5 ingredients together until creamy and stirred well.
  • the nests should also be done by now. Take them out and if they came up a bit, just press them down again.
  • Fill with the cheesecake cream and bake for around another 20-25 minutes. The cakes are done when the filling doesn´t wiggle anymore when you shake the cakes lightly
