heat the oil in a pot that can hold at least 3 liters and glaze the onion and the garlic
after 2-3 minutes add the tarragon and let it roast a bit.
add the potatoes and let them also roast for 2 minutes.
add the broccoli and then also the broth.
bring to boil and let it cook for around 10 minutes until the broccoli is cooked.
meanwhile mix the ingredients for the cheese-balls in a foodprocessor and set to cool in the fridge.
when the soup is cooked mix it with an immersion blender
form little balls with two tablespoons and add serve them with the soup. They will melt a bit into the soup and combined it will create a great flavour
If you want it to be a bit more creamy and thick, you can add two potatoes and also cook and mix them with the other ingredients
