Anleitungen
rinse out the quinoa with hot water to remove all the bitter compounds
put with all the other ingredients in a pot and bring with stirring to boil
Once it boils turn to lowest heat and let cook until finished with occasional stirs. Ad some milk, if necessary to get it more creamy/fluid.
caramel:
fill the sugar in a pan and melt it. As soon as it gets goldbrown, remove the pan from the heat and add the nuts and the orange zest.
Spread on a baking paper and let it cool down.
crumble and scatter over the quinoa
