Skinny Frozen-Yogurt with buttermilk and lemon

  • 200 g yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 300 g greek yogurt
  • 200 ml buttermilch
  • juice from one fresh lemon
  • zest from 1/2 organic lemon
  • 2 tbsp. sugar


  • mix all ingredients together thoroughly and add more sugar if needed - but think about calculating the calories!
  • Fill in your ice machine or an freezer qualified box and refrigerate. We eat the frozen-yogurt straight from the machine, but if you freeze it without, you will have to wait 10-15 minutes to let it soften.
