Crumble with caramelised pears and ricotta-yogurtcream

  • 4 pears peeled and diced
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. walnuts
  • 110 g flour
  • 55 g butter cut in pieces
  • 55 g sugar white
  • for the cream:
  • 2 tbsp. ricotta cheese
  • 4 tbsp. yogurt plain
  • 2 tsp. vanilla sugar


  • mix the pears, walnuts and the brown sugar in an oven pan, set aside
  • mix the flour with the butter and the sugar, since this is low calorie, I used less butter so you need to kneed it a bit longer to combine all of these three ingredients. But you won´t taste it, promise
  • spread the crumble over the pears and put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  • in this time mix the ingredients for the cream, that´s all you need to do here :-)
  • The crumble is done when it´s golden brown.
