heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a big pan and add the onions.
when the onions are glazed, add the chicken and fry until almost cooked
now pour the rest of the oil and the flour, stir thoroughly. the flour will coat the chicken, but that´s fine, don´t worry.
when the oil and the flour are merged, add the milk and stir some more until the sauce has the consistency of a nice vanilla sauce. Maybe you will have to add another sip of milk
now add the tomatoes and the vodka and let cook for a couple of minutes.
add salt and pepper to taste.
serve with minced basil and freshly grated parmesan. You can eat it with pasta, zoodles, bread...
