  • 1,2 kg gnocchi
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes cut in halves or quarters, depending on the size
  • 250 g mozzeralla cut in thin slices
  • salt pepper, dried basil


  1. first preheat your oven to 180┬░ air circulation or 200┬░ bottom/lower heat and set aside a casserole dish.
  2. Cook the gnocchi according to the instruction on the package.
  3. Meanwhile cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella and set aside.
  4. when the gnocchi are cooked, pour away the water and place them in the casserole dish.
  5. Put the tomatoes on top of the gnocchi and add salt, pepper and basil to taste
  6. Now spread the mozzarella slices on top and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is properly meltet.
