Zutaten

  • 1 kg frozen veggies
  • 400 g peeled tomatoes in a can
  • 1,5 liters vegetable broth
  • 200 g cooked sausage or any other sausage, meatballs to your liking, sliced
  • 200 g vermicello or any other pasta for soups
  • 1 generous tsp. fennel seeds
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • pepper

Zubereitung

  • take a pot that fits at least 3 liters and put everything aside from the pasta inside. Bring to boil on medium heat.
  • As soon as it boils, add the pasta and let cook until the pasta is cooked.
  • Season with pepper to taste and serve
