easy vegetable soup with noodles for those lazy days
- 1 kg frozen veggies
- 400 g peeled tomatoes in a can
- 1,5 liters vegetable broth
- 200 g cooked sausage or any other sausage, meatballs to your liking, sliced
- 200 g vermicello or any other pasta for soups
- 1 generous tsp. fennel seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
take a pot that fits at least 3 liters and put everything aside from the pasta inside. Bring to boil on medium heat.
As soon as it boils, add the pasta and let cook until the pasta is cooked.
Season with pepper to taste and serve
