  • 600 g potatoes cut in wedges, thinner than the sweet potatoes, because they need longer to cook
  • 600 g sweet potatoes cut in quarters, then in slices
  • 2 onions cut in half rings
  • 4 garlic cloves peeled
  • 4 carrots peeled and cut in thirds, ca.
  • 100 g celerie cut in slices
  • 150 g feta low fat
  • 400 g ground beed lean
  • 2 stems parsley minced
  • 2 stems rosemary
  • 3 tbps. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika sweet


  1. preheat oven to 200°degrees celsius
  2. fill all the vegetables in a big oven pan
  3. add oil, paprika and rosemary, chili, salt and pepper to taste and stir thoroughly
  4. mix the ground beef with the parsley, add salt and pepper to taste and form little balls with your hands. Place those on the vegetables and put the pan in the oven for around 45 minutes
  5. after that time crumble and spread the feta over the food and bake more until the potatoes are cooked
