preheat oven to 200°degrees celsius
fill all the vegetables in a big oven pan
add oil, paprika and rosemary, chili, salt and pepper to taste and stir thoroughly
mix the ground beef with the parsley, add salt and pepper to taste and form little balls with your hands. Place those on the vegetables and put the pan in the oven for around 45 minutes
after that time crumble and spread the feta over the food and bake more until the potatoes are cooked
