One-Pot-Pasta with mushrooms, zucchini and ham

Zutaten

  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 150 g ham lean
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 50 ml white wine optional
  • 500 g tagliatelle
  • 900 ml broth
  • 200 ml milk skimmed
  • 1 zucchini in spirals or in pieces if you don´t have a spriralizer
  • salt pepper, chili flakes to taste
  • 1 tbsp. ricotta or cream cheese or sour cream

Zubereitung

  • heat the oil in a bog pot. 3 liters isn´t enough if you use tagliatelle and glaze the onion.
  • Then add the garlic and fry another minute.
  • Now add the ham und fry another 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms and the thyme and cook until the mushrooms start to pull water.
  • Deglaze with the white wine (or some broth) and add the pasta, the broth and the milk.
  • Stir and bring to boil.
  • When it boils, turn down the temperatur to low add a lid an cook until the pasta is al dente - briefly before the pasta is cooked, add the zucchini.
  • Don´t cook it longer than al dente, because the one-pot-pasta keeps on cooking even after you took it from the stove.
  • Stir in the ricotta and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with chili flakes and parmesan
