Zutaten

  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 packages of vanilla sugar 8g each
  • 200 g starch
  • 120 g flour
  • 200 g margarine in pieces

Anleitungen

  • first preheat your oven to 180° degrees or 160° degrees air circulation and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper
  • mix all the ingredients except for the margarine together and then add the margarine.
  • knead together until you get a smooth dough. Add a bit more flour if the dough is too sticky.
  • Form small balls with your hands, the size of a hazelnut ca. and put them on the baking sheet.
  • Take a fork and press the balls down so they get flat and get the pattern of the fork.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes, the cookies aren´t supposed to get brown.
  • Let cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
