put the flour with the salt, sugar and lemon peel in a mixing bowl
warm up the milk slightly with the margarine - don´t let it get too hot, it will destroy the yeast - and add a pinch of sugar and the yeast, stir thoroughly
now add the milk-yeast-margarine mixture to the dry ingredients and kneed until the dough comes off the bowl.
now use your hands to put the dough on a baking sheet and spread evenly.
Spread the sour cream on top and then plant the butter pieces in tiny rows, about 3cm apart - offset
at the end sprinkle the sugar evenly and then the almonds.
bake at 200°degrees celsius for about 20 minutes. Better check after 15 minutes.
